Peg Sullivan is a Managing Director in the Human Resources Department and is currently the Global Head of Talent Management and Relations, where she oversees Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Employee Relations, and Culture. Peg joined Morgan Stanley in 1998.

Prior to her current role, she worked as the Head of HR for Investment Banking. Previously, she also worked as a senior HR generalist supporting a variety of departments including Technology, Finance, Risk Management, Research and Talent Management.

Peg serves as a Corporate Trustee on Prep for Prep’s Board of Trustees.

Peg holds a Bachelor’s degree from Fordham University and a Master’s in Behavioral Science from Johns Hopkins University. In addition, she holds a certificate in Executive Coaching from the iCoach program at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch University, in New York.
