Savio has created a number of employee groups that have societal or recreational functions. In 1981, the Committee of Savio Family Members with Special Needs was established. This group is still considered a flagship for Savio; its principal activity is to promote the employment of disabled people both within Savio and among other companies in the region. Currently, Savio employs 16 people with disabilities.
Savio offers its workers paid leave for childbirth, flexible schedules, a canteen, medical assistance, tax assistance, transportation affiliated with the provincial public transport company, and free English courses for employees.
