In the autumn of 2012 his new book, co-authored with Kim Walker, will be published by Palgrave Macmillan – Marketing to the Ageing Consumer.
In conjunction with Kim, he has created the AF Auditing tool – the world’s first age-friendly auditing software package that incorporates Cloud and iPad technology.
