Barbara Winston is a member of the Board of Regents of the Center for Security Policy and the Hudson Institute, both Washington DC policy think tanks. In 2009 she received the Center for Security Policy’s Terry Elkes Sacred Honor Award. She is also a director of the Coalition for a Secure Driver’s License of which Donald Kendall of Pepsico is Chairman. As President of Bruce Winston Gem Corporation, participation in art design and fashion is constant and inspiring. Harry Winston, the King of Diamonds, who donated the Hope Diamond to the United States, is the father of Barbara’s husband. A legacy of good deeds and service is a constant theme.
